Refund & Dispute Policy
[TODO: last updated date]
1. General principle
Blockchain transactions are irreversible, so a refund is technically a new outgoing transaction. The procedure and conditions for customer refunds are defined by the merchant in their public offer.
2. Customer refunds
If you are a customer seeking a refund, contact the merchant you paid. The merchant decides on the refund and initiates it from their balance. The Service executes properly documented merchant instructions.
3. Mistaken payments
Payments sent to a wrong address, on a wrong network, or with a wrong amount are reviewed case by case. Contact the manager on Telegram: @crypto_payments_manager — provide the transaction hash and details. Recovery is not always possible; network fees are non-refundable.
4. Disputes between merchant and Service
Disputes over settlements and fees are resolved in the order set by the contract: negotiations first, then the agreed dispute-resolution mechanism. [TODO: specify procedure and review timelines]
