Crypto Acquiring FAQ

Answers to the questions we hear most often before onboarding. Did not find yours? Message our manager on Telegram — we reply fast.

What is crypto acquiring and how does it differ from bank acquiring?

Crypto acquiring is the acceptance of payments in cryptocurrency. Unlike bank acquiring, payments settle on the blockchain: they are irreversible (no chargebacks), independent of correspondent banks, and available to customers from any country. The merchant receives settlements in fiat or crypto as agreed.

Which cryptocurrencies can I accept?

BTC; ETH; TRX; GRAM; USDT (BSC, Ethereum, TON); USDC (BSC, Ethereum); DAI (BSC, Ethereum); AAVE, LINK, MANA, SHIB (Ethereum); BNB, ETH, LINK (BSC). Customers pay in any of them; you receive settlements in the agreed currency.

How much does onboarding cost and what are the fees?

The base fee is 1.5% on deposits plus the blockchain network fee; merchant payouts are 0% plus the network fee. There are no hidden charges. High volumes get an individually reduced rate — the manager on Telegram will give you an exact quote.

How does fiat conversion work?

The payment is automatically converted at the rate at the moment the transaction confirms on the network. You can receive settlements in fiat to your bank account or keep funds in crypto — the scheme is chosen during onboarding.

How fast are settlements?

Payment processing starts from ~30 seconds after blockchain confirmation. The minimum payout is 50 USD, with no limit on the number of daily withdrawals. Settlement frequency is agreed individually and fixed in the contract.

Do I need developers for integration?

Not necessarily. There are three options: a ready-made payment page (no code), an embeddable widget, and a REST API for full control. A technical specialist helps at every stage, including the sandbox mode.

How do you ensure security?

Multi-layer encryption, isolated key storage, transaction monitoring, and built-in AML/CFT screening. See the security section on the homepage and our AML policy for details.

Do you work with high-risk niches?

Yes: casinos, betting, poker, forex, VPN, proxies, Telegram bots and mini apps, SaaS, digital goods, and hosting. Each niche has a dedicated page with details and individual terms.

Are there country restrictions?

The service is not provided to residents of certain jurisdictions listed as restricted. The current list is published on the 'Restricted Jurisdictions' page in the legal section. Your store's customers can pay from any country where this is not prohibited by their local laws.

What if a customer sends the wrong amount or uses the wrong network?

The payment system automatically tracks incoming funds and matches them to invoices. Edge cases (underpayment, overpayment, wrong network) are handled by support individually — message the manager and we will help resolve the situation.

In which jurisdiction does the service operate?

The service is registered in the jurisdiction of the Seychelles (IBC No. 245602). Each user is responsible for assessing whether using the service complies with the laws of their own country. Site materials are informational and do not constitute legal advice.

How do I start?
