Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between FastCryptoPayments (Seychelles IBC, Reg. No. 245602, the 'Service') and the user of the payment gateway (the 'Client'). By using the Service, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms.

The Service provides a technological solution for accepting cryptocurrency payments, converting them, and settling with the Client. The Service is not a bank, a payment institution, or an issuer of electronic money. [TODO: final wording after legal review]

The Client agrees to provide accurate business information, complete KYB/verification procedures upon the Service's request, and use the Service only for lawful purposes.

The Client is solely responsible for assessing whether the use of the Service complies with the laws of their own country and their customers' countries, and for any tax or other obligations arising from accepting payments.

Fees, settlement currency, and frequency are agreed individually and fixed in the contract or an accepted offer. The Service charges no hidden fees beyond the agreed terms.

The Service is provided 'as is'. The Service is not liable for losses related to cryptocurrency volatility, failures of third-party blockchain networks, or the actions of the Client and its customers. Aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client over the last three months. [TODO: agree liability cap with counsel]

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Disputes are resolved through negotiations and, failing agreement, in the manner set out in the contract. [TODO: specify arbitration/court]
